CJG Engineers was founded in 1981 in Houston, Texas, as a partnership between John Martin, Jim Cagley and Salvatore V. Conti.
In 1985 the firm became Cagley & Conti. This partnership was incorporated in 1991 as Cagley Conti & Jumper, Inc. when Bill Jumper joined the firm.
In 1999 Britt Gardner became a principal and the company was given the name of Conti Jumper Gardner & Associates, Inc.
In 2005 the company expanded its services into Central Texas with the addition of an office in Austin.
In 2009 the firm became CJG Engineers, and in 2010 a partnership was developed with Fayez Kazi to create Civilitude-CJG Engineers, a Historically Underutilized Business in the state of Texas. Looking forward, we will continue to focus on thoughtful leadership and the ability to attract and maintain an outstanding team of engineering professionals to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
