Getting to know Project Manager Luke Esser
How did you end up working for CJG-Austin?
- I started working for the Houston office in April of 2005 after a couple of short stints with a couple of other firms. Thankfully, I was able to transfer to the Austin office at the end of 2007.
Why were you thankful about the move?
- Well, I grew up in nearby Wimberley, TX and have always loved the Austin vibe! I enjoy everything Austin has to offer: the food, the concerts, and the active lifestyle.
Sounds like you’re pretty active. Where can we find you on the weekends?
- I’ll most likely be on Lake Austin. For me there’s nothing better than getting out on the water and riding behind a boat whether it be wakeboarding, wakesurfing, or wakeskating! I also enjoy spending time with friends and family or catching a concert/sporting event.
Anything else we should know about you?
- Sure. I just got married to a great woman in February and inherited two great boys aged 8 & 10. We had a wonderful ceremony on the beach in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Now, most of my time is spent keeping up with a couple of hyper boys that never run out of energy!
